Trust me, I work in financial services There seems to be much happening in the industry centred around the theme of trust. I was struck by the sheers ’guts’ of Shane Mullins, chief executive of Nottingham-based Fiscal Engineers, who is spearheading The Question of Trust campaign which he believes: “…can help the industry win back the support of the general public after the financial crisis and the unethical actions of some of its largest stakeholders”.
